摘 要:枫江发源于潮州市登塘镇,枫江深坑断面在“十四五”期间新增为国考断面,由于氨氮超标,已连续3年水质未达标,因此被省生态环境保护督察办公室挂牌督办。为完成国考考核要求,潮州市以水质改善为目标,组织实施了枫江流域水环境整治项目。基于上述项目的实践,阐述了该流域整治前的水环境状况,分析了氨氮超标的成因,针对流域内存在的河道污染、污水处理厂及配套管网覆盖面低、外水入侵管网严重、管养缺失等问题,进一步提出了枫江流域水环境整治策略。通过对比治理前后的国考断面采样数据,验证了整治策略的有效性,最终总结了整治过程中的经验,可为相似河道断面氨氮超标、外水入侵污水管网严重的其他流域水环境整治工程提供一定参考。Fengjiang River,originating from Dengtang Town in Chaozhou City,its deep pit cross-section had been added as a national monitoring section during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Due to excessive ammonia nitrogen,the water quality has failed to meet standards for three consecutive years,was under supervision by the provincial ecological environment protection inspection office.Aiming at meeting national assessment requirements,Chaozhou City has organized and implemented the Fengjiang River Basin water environment remediation project to improve water quality.Based on the practical implementation,the present water environmental conditions of the basin before remediation are illustrated,the causes of excessive ammonia nitrogen are analyzed.According to the issues of river pollution,inadequate coverage of sewage treatment plants and associated pipelines,severe external water intrusion,and poor maintenance,strategies for the water environment remediation are proposed.By comparing national monitoring section sampling data before and after remediation,the remediation strategies are verified to be effective.The remediation experience is concluded,which can provide useful references for similar water environment remediation projects in other river basins.
