摘 要:针对农药行业苯胺类废水处理问题,开发了基于空气的直接催化氧化技术。通过合成分子筛双金属催化剂对苯胺类废水进行处理,实验确定了最佳处理条件为反应温度为40℃,反应时间为60 min,催化剂投加量为5.0%,以及曝气量为6.0 L。在此优化条件下,苯胺和化学需氧量(COD)的去除率分别达到了95%和92%。研究表明,反应时间和催化剂投加量对处理效果具有显著影响。这一创新技术为低成本、无二次污染的苯胺类废水处理提供了重要的数据支持,对环境保护和资源利用具有重要的促进作用。In response to the treatment issues of aniline wastewater in the pesticide industry,a direct catalytic oxidation technology based on air has been developed.A molecular sieve bimetallic catalyst was synthesized to treat aniline wastewater.The experiment determined the optimal treatment conditions as a reaction temperature of 40°C,a reaction time of 60 minutes,a catalyst dosage of 5.0%,and an aeration rate of 6.0 L/min.Under these optimized conditions,the removal rates of aniline and chemical oxygen demand(COD)reached 95%and 92%,respectively.The study showed that reaction time and catalyst dosage have a significant impact on the treatment effect.This innovative technology provides important data support for low-cost and non-secondary polluting treatment of aniline wastewater,which plays a significant role in promoting environmental protection and resource utilization.
