摘 要:建立了一种可用于测定375 g/L联苯菊酯·溴氰虫酰胺可分散油悬浮剂(OD)中有效成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用岛津Inertsil ODS-3 C_(18)柱为固定相,以甲醇+水溶液为流动相,在230 nm的检测波长下,对375 g/L联苯菊酯·溴氰虫酰胺OD试样中联苯菊酯和溴氰虫酰胺进行分离和分析。研究结果表明,在该色谱检测方法下,联苯菌酯和溴氰虫酰胺的线性相关系数均为0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.0957和0.0843,变异系数分别为0.50%和0.52%,平均回收率分别为99.35%和99.48%。说明该方法具有线性相关性好、精密度和准确度高等特点,可用于溴氰虫酰胺·联苯菊酯OD产品的质量分析检测。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analytical method was established for the determination of active ingredients in bifenthrin·cyantraniliprole 375 g/L oil dispersion(OD).The separation and quantitative analysis of bifenthrin·cyantraniliprole 375 g/L OD by HPLC were conducted by UV detector at 230 nm with methanol and water as mobile phase,and ODS-3 C_(18) column as fixed phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient for both bifenthrin and cyantraniliprole were 0.9999,with standard deviations of 0.0957 and 0.0843,respectively,coefficients of variation of 0.50%and 0.52%,respectively,and average recoveries of 99.35%and 99.48%.This indicates that the method has good linear correlation,high precision and accuracy,and can be used for the quality analysis and detection of bifenthrin·cyantraniliprole OD.
