摘 要:粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物.本研究以粉煤灰为原料,经碱熔处理后,水热合成Y沸石,并用于甲苯吸附研究.实验探究了硅铝比、水热结晶温度、结晶时间等因素对Y沸石合成的影响.XRD和FTIR结果表明,在硅铝比为4、水热结晶温度为80℃、结晶时间为12 h的条件下,能成功合成单一相Y沸石.氮气吸脱附结果表明Y沸石具有高比表面积和丰富微孔结构,其对甲苯的吸附容量可达199.5 mg·g^(-1),Thomas模型能很好地预测吸附甲苯行为.通过吸附动力学与原位红外揭示了Y沸石吸附甲苯属于物理吸附.循环吸脱附5次后其甲苯吸附容量仍在90%左右.本研究表明以粉煤灰为原料合成的Y沸石具有环境经济性,并对甲苯吸附展示出良好的应用潜力.Coal fly ash is the main solid waste emitted from coal-fired power plants.Herein,the Y zeolite for adsorption of toluene was synthesized with the waste coal fly ash through the alkali melt hydrothermal method.In this work,several factors were explored,such as Si/Al ratio,hydrothermal crystallization temperature,crystallization time on the structure,and toluene adsorption capacity of Y zeolite.The XRD and FTIR results indicated that single-phase Y zeolite was successfully hydrothermally synthesized under Si/Al ratio of 4,80℃within 12 hours.The N_(2) adsorption-desorption isotherms showed the Y zeolite had high specific surface area and rich microporous structure.The saturation adsorption capacity of toluene reached to 199.5 mg·g^(-1) and the adsorption behavior was in accordance with the Thomas model.In addition,the adsorption kinetics and in situ DRIFTS revealed that the adsorption of toluene by Y zeolite belonged to physical adsorption.After 5 cycles of adsorption and desorption,the adsorption efficiency for toluene was still around 90%.This work indicated that Y zeolite synthesized from coal fly ash had environmental and economic benefits,and exhibited good potential for the adsorption of toluene.
