摘  要:抗生素滥用引起的抗生素和抗性基因(ARGs)残留在水处理中仍旧是个难题,并引起了人们对于健康风险的关注.本文以Al_(2)O_(3)为填料构建上流式生物滤池去除废水中的环丙沙星(CIP),平均去除率达到62.4%,并使ARGs在微生物体内的积累减少了约10.0%.水中溶解性有机物(DOM)与CIP的络合可以增强Al_(2)O_(3)表面形成的Al-π静电力.在Al-π静电力的作用下,吸附在Al_(2)O_(3)表面的CIP中的电子离域并被微生物捕获,从而使CIP裂解生成非抗菌性小分子有机物,减弱了CIP对微生物的胁迫效应并重构了Al_(2)O_(3)表面的群落结构.微生物与Al-π静电力间的协同作用是应对抗生素和ARGs残留引起的风险的一条有效途径.The residual effects of antibiotics and resistance genes(ARGs)due to antibiotic misuse still pose a problem in water treatment and raise concerns about health risks.In this study,an up-flow biofilter constructed by using Al_(2)O_(3)as the packing material to remove ciprofloxacin(CIP)from the wastewater,which achieved an average removal rate of 62.4%and reduced the accumulation of ARGs in microorganisms by approximately 10.0%.The complexation of dissolved organic matter(DOM)with CIP in water enhances the Al-πelectrostatic force formed on the Al_(2)O_(3)surface.Under Al-πelectrostatic force,the electrons in the CIP adsorbed on the Al_(2)O_(3)surface were delocalized and captured by microorganisms.The process led to the cleavage of CIP,forming non-antimicrobial small-molecule organic compounds,which weakened the coercive effect of CIP on the organisms and reconfigured the community structure on the Al_(2)O_(3)surface.The synergistic interaction between microorganisms and Al-πelectrostatic forces is an effective way to deal with the risks caused by the residues of antibiotics and ARGs.
