摘  要:高速公路新建工程采空区注浆处治工程属于隐蔽性工程,特别对于房柱式采空区,由于勘察方法和勘探技术的局限性,勘察结论中所呈现的采空区路段,是一个模糊的概念,并分不出哪里是“房”,哪里是“柱”,因此房柱式采空区是采空区处治施工需重点研究与探索的技术疑点和难点。文章深入分析采空区的工程地质条件,通过密集的注浆孔施工精确查明了采空区的空间分布,将注浆区域划分为“空洞区、冒落区和煤柱区”,在空洞区采用加密帷幕孔、灌砂、间歇注浆等方式,控制了浆液的流动范围,减少了浆液的损耗,保证了“大空洞”房柱式采空区的注浆处治质量,为同类型采空区的处治施工提供了经验。The grouting treatment project of the goaf in the new construction of expressway belongs to the hidden project,especially for the room-and-pillar goaf,due to the limitations of the investigation method and exploration technology,the section of the goaf presented in the investigation conclusion is a vague concept,and it is impossible to distinguish where is the "room" and where is the "column".Therefore,the room and pillar type goaf is the technical question and difficulty which should be studied and explored in the goaf treatment construction.The paper deeply analyzes the engineering geological conditions of the goaf,accurately identifies the spatial distribution of the goaf through the dense grouting hole construction,and divides the grouting area into "cavity area,caving area and coal pillar area".In the cavity area,the flow range of the slurry is controlled and the loss of the slurry is reduced by using the methods of sealing curtain holes,sand grouting and intermittent grouting.The grouting treatment quality of "big cavity" room and pillar type goaf is guaranteed,and the experience is provided for the treatment and construction of the same type goaf.
