摘 要:以国内某大型供水工程高强薄壁U型渡槽结构混凝土为实例,通过对宏观性能与微观组成结构分析,研究经10 a以上长龄期服役运行后,混凝土外表面碳化性状的变化。宏观性能测试结果表明,高强、薄壁、U型渡槽槽身混凝土抗压强度保持良好,表面碳化程度较低,钢筋未见明显锈蚀,其抵抗自然环境CO_(2)等酸性气体侵蚀的能力较强,而微观组成与结构的研究结果较好得印证了混凝土的宏观性能表现。In this paper,taking the high-strength thin-walled U-shaped aqueduct concrete of a large water supply project in China as an example,through the analysis of macro-performance and micro-structure,the change of carbonation behavior of concrete outer surface after more than 10 years of service is studied.The macroscopic performance test results show that the high-strength,thin-walled and U-shaped aqueduct body concrete has good compressive strength,low surface carbonation,no obvious corrosion of steel bar,and strong resistance to acid gas such as CO_(2) in the natural environment.The research results of micro-composition and structure well confirm the macroscopic performance of concrete.
