摘 要:盾构法施工被广泛应用于城市轨道交通和输水隧洞工程中,盾构接收端工况复杂,在进行洞门封堵注浆时会导致接收端内衬管片错台、破损及渗漏水加剧,文章以珠江三角洲水资源配置工程某一区间左线为例,对该区间接收端最后20环管片出现的错台、破损、渗漏水等质量缺陷原因进行统计研究分析,分缺陷大小等不同情况提出完整有针对性的处置措施,为后续相关类似工程盾构接收端内衬管片主要质量缺陷原因分析及处置措施提供参考与借鉴。Shield tunneling method is widely used in urban rail transit and water conveyance tunnel engineering.The working condition of the shield machine receiving end is complex,which will lead to dislocation,damage and water leakage of the lining segment at the receiving end when the portal sealing grouting is carried out.Taking the left line of an interval of the the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project as an example,this paper conducts statistical research and analysis on the causes of the segment dislocation,damage and water leakage quality defects in the last 20 ring segments of the indirect receiving end in this area,and proposes complete and targeted treatment measures according to the size of the defects,To provide reference and guidance for the analysis of the main quality defects of the lining pipe pieces at the receiving end of shield tunneling in subsequent related projects,as well as for the disposal measures.
