双线盾构隧道施工下穿既有高铁隧道的力学响应分析

摘  要:以粤东城际铁路项目下穿某高速铁路为研究背景,对双线盾构隧道近距离下穿既有高铁隧道时对其的影响进行了研究,采用ABAQUS软件建立了隧道衬砌-围岩-既有高铁隧道的结构有限元模型,计算了双线盾构隧道开挖对斜交上部既有高铁隧道最大变形影响。研究结果表明:双线盾构隧道开挖作用下,其掘进尺度为3.0 m时,引起其上部高铁隧道的最大沉降值12.5 mm;随着隧道掘进尺寸的增大,新建隧道上方的既有高铁隧道最大沉降变形也逐渐增大,结合在邻近既有隧道的施工安全控制标准,提出依托工程项目新建隧道掘进尺寸不超过2 m的建议。In order to analyze the impact of a double track shield tunnel crossing an existing high-speed railway tunnel at a close distance on its existing high-speed railway tunnel,a study was conducted with the Guangdong East Intercity Railway project crossing a certain high-speed railway as the research background.A structural finite element model of tunnel lining surrounding rock existing high-speed railway tunnel was established using ABAQUS software,and the maximum deformation effect of double line shield tunnel excavation on the oblique upper existing high-speed railway tunnel was calculated.The research results indicate that under the excavation of a double line shield tunnel,when the excavation scale is 3.0m,the maximum settlement value of the upper high-speed railway tunnel is 12.5mm;Secondly,as the excavation size of the tunnel increases,the maximum settlement deformation of the existing high-speed railway tunnel above the newly constructed tunnel also gradually increases.Based on the construction safety control standards of adjacent existing tunnels,a suggestion is proposed that the excavation size of the newly constructed tunnel based on engineering projects should not exceed 2m.
