高校二级学院文化建设路径研究——以福建商学院艺术设计学院为例

摘　　要：新时代下党和国家高度重视高校文化建设。二级学院文化是高校文化的重要组成部分,加强二级学院文化建设有利于推动学院和谐发展与发挥文化育人功能。目前二级学院文化建设存在定位机械、路径片面的问题,且缺乏特色性与系统性。在此背景下,本文以福建商学院艺术设计学院为例,立足学院文化定位,结合艺术学科专业特色,从精神文化、环境文化、形象文化三个维度,由内涵到外延,建立全局系统、实践性强的文化建设方案,为相关高校艺术类二级学院文化建设提供参考。The Party and the State attach great importance to the cultural construction of universities in the new era.The culture of secondary colleges is an important component of university culture,strengthening the cultural construction of secondary colleges is conducive to promoting the harmonious development of the college and exerting its cultural education function.At present,there are problems with mechanical positioning and one-sided paths in the cultural construction of secondary colleges,and there is a lack of uniqueness and systematicity.In this context,this article takes the School of Art and Design at Fujian Business University as an example,based on the cultural positioning of the college,combined with the professional characteristics of the art discipline,from the three dimensions of spiritual culture,environmental culture,and image culture,from connotation to extension,establish a comprehensive and practical cultural construction plan with strong practicality,provide reference for the cultural construction of art secondary colleges in relevant universities.
