全国民运会高质量发展的实践策略研究——基于利益相关者理论视角

摘　　要：全国民运会作为各民族传统体育文化交流和发展的平台,承载着民族传统体育文化传承和发展的使命。本文基于文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和DEMATEL分析法,从利益相关者理论视角出发,探究了全国民运会发展的主要利益相关者及其相互间作用的关系网络。研究表明,政府、组织者、媒体、赞助商和运动员是最重要利益相关者,相互间构成复杂的利益关系网络。据此,提出了全国民运会高质量发展的四条实践策略,分别是加强顶层设计,合力铸牢中华民族共同体意识;创新管理模式,深化传统与现代体育相互融合;重视资源整合,吸引企业关注全国民运会发展;强化数字赋能,提升民族传统体育活动影响力。The national civil games is a platform for the exchange and development of traditional sports and culture of all nationalities,carrying the mission of the inheritance and development of traditional sports and culture of nationalities.Based on the documentary method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and DEMATEL analysis method,this paper explores the main stakeholders and the relationship network of mutual roles in the development of the national civil games from the perspective of stakeholder theory.The results of the study show that the government,organizers,media,sponsors and athletes are the most important stakeholders and constitute a complex network of interests among each other.Accordingly,four practical strategies are proposed for the high-quality development of the national civil games.Namely,strengthening the top-level design and joining efforts to forge a strong sense of Chinese national community;innovating the management mode and deepening the mutual integration of traditional and modern sports;attaching importance to the integration of resources and attracting enterprises to pay attention to the development of the National Civil Games;and strengthening digital empowerment and enhancing the influence of traditional national sports activities.
