摘 要:本研究从巨菌草植物茎中分离出1株耐盐碱内生菌,对其进行了形态学观察和16S rRNA分子鉴定,还进行了生理生化和促生特性试验。结果显示,鉴定PJJ-1为泛菌属(Pantoea sp.),红色杆状,为革兰氏阴性菌。该菌株具有解磷、解硅酸盐、固氮、产铁载体等促生性能,在玉米和番茄的盆栽试验中具有一定的促生作用。本研究可为巨菌草的合理种植及生态治理提供参考。In this study,we isolated and molecularly identified a strain of salinity-tolerant endophyte from the stem of JUJUNCAO plant.Morphological observation and 16S rRNA molecalar identification were conducted on it,and physiological biochemical and growth promoting experiments were also carried out.The results showed that PJJ-1 was identified as a red rod\|shaped bacterium belonging to the Pantoea sp.genus,which was a Gram negative bacterium.This strain possessed the growth-promoting properties such as phosphorus solubilisation,silicate solubilisation,nitrogen fixation,and siderophore production,and has been shown to have some growth-promoting effects in potting experiments of maize and tomato.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the rational cultivation and ecological management of JUJUNCAO.
