摘 要:本文对6个供试菊芋品种(系)的株高、茎粗、含水量、块茎产量、可溶性糖含量及块茎采收后的发芽率和耐储藏性进行综合鉴定评价。结果表明:处理3-1的产量、可溶性糖均最高,分别为81.0 t/hm 2、20.4%,处理6-1粗蛋白含量最高,为2.6%,处理5-1的粗纤维含量最高,为1.5%;青芋1号、青芋5号为早熟菊芋品种,青芋3号、249、豫1、豫2均为晚熟品种;发芽率最高的菊芋品种为青芋1号与青芋3号,均为95%,相对其他菊芋品种(系),青芋1号的腐烂率最低。这为后续菊芋新品种选育及助推菊芋产业发展提供了优良的种质资源。In this study,the plant height,stem diameter,water content,tuber yield,soluble sugar content,germination rate and storage tolerance of 6 cultivars(lines)of Jerusalem artichoke(JA)were evaluated.The results showed that the yield and soluble sugar of treatment 3-1 were the highest(81.0 t/hm 2,20.4%),the crude protein content of treatment 6-1 was the highest(2.6%),and the crude fiber content of treatment 5-1 was the highest(1.5%).Qingyu No.1 and Qingyu No.5 were early maturing JA varieties,Qingyu No.3,249,Yu No.1 and Yu No.2 were late maturing varieties.The varieties with the highest germination rate were Qingyu No.1 and Qingyu No.3,all of which were 95%.Compared to other potato varieties(lines),Qingyu 1 had the lowest decay rate.This provids excellent germplasm resources for the subsequent breeding of new varieties and promoting the development of JA industry.
