“地瓜经济”视域下浙江省产业链外迁的经济逻辑和有效策略

摘　　要：“地瓜经济”作为一种创新的开放型经济发展模式,强调企业在拓展全球市场的同时保持与本土经济的深度融合,实现产业链的优化升级。深入剖析浙江省产业链迁移的现状与动向,研究“地瓜经济”理念对于地区经济高质量发展的积极影响,可以发现,浙江省在“地瓜经济”理念指导下,有效地促进了传统制造业向智能制造的转型。在全球化大背景下,浙江省应当通过与国际市场深度合作,制定有效的产业链迁移及“地瓜经济”发展策略,持续推动产业链高端化转型。As an innovative paradigm for open economic development model,the“Sweet Potato Economy”emphasizes the deep integration of enterprises with the local economy amidst global market expansion,facilitating the upgrading of the industrial chain.Through the deep analysis ventured into the prevailing conditions and evolving patterns of industrial chain transfer or migration within Zhejiang Province,and making research on the positive impact of the“Sweet Potato Economy”concept on high-quality regional economic development,consequently,it was found that Zhejiang Province had adeptly navigated the shift from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.Amid the backdrop of globalization,this paper advanced the argument for Zhejiang Province to fortify collaborations with international markets and formulate robust strategies for the industrial chain relocation and the cultivation of the“Sweet Potato Economy”development strategies,thus perpetuating the upscale transformation of the industrial chain.
