摘　　要：In The Constitution of China,Su Li proposes the perspective of the constitution as a system(xian zhi),and offers a three-layer frame of"Jia-Guo-Tianxia"to interpret historical China's constitutional system.This article points out that Su Li presents his academic ambition of narrating the universality of Chinese nation,and proposes a dynamic view of institution based on China's historical experience.Therefore,Su Li's work is an important reference for the academic discipline of the Chinese Nation Studies.
