摘 要:基于物理模型试验,研究了平面闸门在动水闭门过程中动水压力、持住力和闸门爬行振动强度的变化特征,分析了闸门竖向水流作用和闸门支承摩擦对爬行振动的影响。结果表明:随着平面闸门开度减小,爬行振动强度和振动周期逐渐增大,振动主频率逐渐减小,并与简化系统固有频率范围一致;闸门竖向水流作用在强度和频域上与爬行振动间存在显著差异,水流脉动压力不是引起闸门爬行振动的主要因素;闸门支承摩擦是诱发爬行振动的主要因素,证实了理论模型中简化摩擦因素的合理性。Based on the physical model test,this paper studies the variation characteristics of hydrodynamic pressure,holding force and slip-stick vibration response of a plane gate during the transient closing of the gate,and discusses the influence of vertical hydrodynamic pressure and the friction factor of the gate support on the slip-stick vibration.The results show that the amplitude and period of slip-stick vibration increase gradually with the opening of the gate,and the vibration dominant frequency decreases,which is consistent with the natural frequency of the simplified system.There is a significant difference in intensity and frequency domain between the vertical hydrodynamic pressure and the slip-stick vibration,and the flow pulsation factor is not the main factor causing the slip-stick vibration.The friction characteristics of gate support is the main factor causing the slip-stick vibration,proving the rationality of the simplification of friction in theoretical model.
