摘  要:本文对稀释接种法和压差法两种方法测定五日生化需氧量(BOD_(5))进行了比较。实验结果表明,两种方法均可用于BOD_(5)的测定,但各有优劣。稀释接种法几乎适用于任何样品,但需要较长的实验周期和较高的实验技能。压差法操作简单,与标准方法相比,具有较好的一致性,适用于样品中BOD_(5)浓度较高的情况,但成本较高。In this paper,the 5-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5))was measured by dilution inoculation method and differential pressure method.The experimental results show that both methods can be used to determine BOD_(5),but each has its own advantages and disadvantages.The dilution incubation method is almost suitable for any sample,but requires a longer experimental cycle and higher experimental skills.The pressure difference method,in comparison to the standard method,offers a simpler operation and improved consistency.It is particularly suitable for samples with higher BOD_(5)concentrations,albeit at a higher cost.
