摘  要:本文建立一种灼烧酸化样品后利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定锅炉及换热器中的钙、镁、铁金属含量的分析方法。探讨了样品预处理条件,并用盐酸、硝酸及氢氟酸做为酸性介质。该方法对钙、镁、铁的加标回收率符合分析要求,测定的相对标准偏差不超过3.5%,可用于垢样中钙、镁、铁金属含量的测定。This article establishes an analytical method for the metal cotents of calcium,magnesium and iron by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry after burning and acidifying samples in boilers and heat exchangers.The sample pretreatment conditions were discussed.Using hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid as acidic media,The recovery rates of calcium,magnesium,and iron in this method meet the requirements of analytical analysis,with a relative standard deviation of no more than 3.5%.It can be used for the determination of calcium,magnesium,and iron metal content in scale samples.
