智慧监狱背景下视频监控在狱侦工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：在智慧监狱建设过程中,以视频监控为核心构建的智能感知系统为监狱监管执法、安全防范、教育改造、劳动改造、生活卫生等工作提供了智能技术支持,创新了监狱监管模式,维护了监狱安全稳定。然而,视频监控技术在狱内侦查工作中的理论探索和实践应用稍显逊色,面临人力资源缺乏、实战应用挖掘不足、与大数据技术融合不足等现实难题,积极将视频监控与物联网、人工智能、区块链等技术结合,推进监狱全量数据融合及共享机制,拓展其在狱侦工作中的深度应用,进而赋能狱内侦查工作。In the process of constructing smart prisons,the intelligent perception system built with video surveillance as the core provides intelligent technical support for prison supervision and law enforcement,security prevention,education and reform,labor reform and living hygiene,innovates the prison supervision mode,and maintains prison safety and stability.However,the theoretical exploration and practical application of video surveillance technology in prison investigation work are slightly inferior,facing practical dificulties such as lack of human resources,insufficient practical application mining and insufficient integration with big data technology.Actively combining video surveillance with technologies such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and block chain,promoting the integration and sharing mechanism of prison data,expanding its deep application in prison investigation work,and empowering prison investigation work.
