New Quality Productivity Level,Regional Differences and Obstacle Factors in the Yangtze River Delta Region

摘  要:文章构建了新质生产力水平评价指标体系,基于2013—2022年长三角地区41个城市的面板数据,采用熵权TOPSIS法测算其新质生产力水平,利用Dagum基尼系数法分析其区域差异和来源,通过障碍度模型探究障碍因子。研究结果表明:考察期内,长三角地区新质生产力水平整体呈现连续上升趋势,形成了以上海市为起点向长江上游城市逐渐降低的“东高西低”分布格局;长三角地区新质生产力水平总体差异不断缩小,各区域间差异都呈现下降趋势,区域间差异是新质生产力水平总体差异的主要来源;主要障碍因子是劳动资料,突出表现为科技成果转化、科技创新能力、数字基础设施等。Based on the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2013 to 2022,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of new quality productivity level,then uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the new quality productivity level,and finally adopts the Dagum Gini coefficient method to analyze the regional differences and sources,and also explores obstacle factors through the obstacle degree model.The research results are shown as the following:During the study period,the level of new quality productivity in the Yangtze River Delta region has shown a continuous upward trend,forming a distribution pattern of“high in the east and low in the west”starting from Shanghai to the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.The overall differences of the level of new quality productivity in the Yangtze River Delta region are constantly narrowing,and the inter-regional difference,showing a downward trend,are the main source of the overall difference of new quality productivity.The main obstacle factor is means of labor,which is highlighted by the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,scientific and technological innovation ability,digital infrastructure and so on.
