摘 要:为探究高铝钢炼钢过程夹杂物的形成与演变机理,在“转炉→LF精炼→RH真空处理→板坯连铸”工艺生产高铝钢的全流程进行系统取样,结合各工序工艺特点和热力学计算,揭示了高铝钢中夹杂物在炼钢过程中的演变行为。研究结果表明:高铝钢中Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物在转炉炉后即发生转变,其演变路线为:Al_(2)O_(3)→MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)、CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)系夹杂物→CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)系夹杂物。在高铝钢钢液条件下,高铝钢在冶炼中无需进行钙处理即可将大部分镁铝尖晶石夹杂物改质为CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)系夹杂物。In order to investigate the development and evolution mechanism of inclusions in the steelmaking process of high aluminum steel,a systematic sampling was carried out throughout the whole process of BOF→LF→RH→CC for production of high aluminum steel.The evolution behavior of inclusions in high aluminum steel during the steelmaking process was disclosed by combining the features of each process with thermodynamic calculations.The results show that Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions in high aluminum steel change immediately after BOF,following this evolutionary path:Al_(2)O_(3)→MgO-Al_(2)O_(3),CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)→CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3).Under the conditions of high aluminum steel liquid,the majority of the magnesium aluminum spinel inclusions can be transformed into CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions in high aluminum steel without calcium treatment.
