摘 要:文章研究了智能化绿色冶金工厂技术发展方向,在掌握智能化控制、绿色化发展冶金工程技术概念基础上,从生产操作智能化、生产管理智能化、经营管理智能化三个方面,分析了智能化绿色冶金工厂实施技术要点,同时,强调了站在产业高度,做好顶层设计、发挥信息技术优势,推动技术发展、以清洁生产为基础,获得良好社会效益、多维度发展,提升经济效益四个智能化绿色冶金工厂发展方向,有助于转变传统行业生产模式,助力冶金业转型升级。This paper studies the technology development direction of intelligent green metallurgical plant.On the basis of mastering the concept of intelligent control and green development of metallurgical engineering technology,it analyzes the implementation technical points of intelligent green metallurgy plant from the three aspects of intelligent production and operation,intelligent production management and intelligent operation and management.At the same time,it emphasizes that it is necessary to stand in the industrial height to do a good job in top-level design and give full play to the advantages of information technology,promote technological development based on cleaner production,obtain good social benefits,and realize multi-dimensional development,and improve the economic benefits of the four development directions of the intelligent green metallurgical plant,which help to transform the traditional industry production model and help the transformation and upgrading of the metallurgical industry.
