摘 要:六元环聚酰亚胺通常由萘基二酐单体和芳香二胺单体通过缩聚制得,磺化六元环聚酰亚胺因其在燃料电池质子交换膜的应用而得到广泛研究。五元环聚酰亚胺因优异的性能在气体分离膜领域一直备受关注,近年来随着气体分离膜需求量的增加,围绕六元环聚酰亚胺气体分离膜的研究进一步深化。与五元环聚酰亚胺相比,六元环聚酰亚胺具有更为优异的水解稳定性、耐溶剂性能及热稳定性。综述了近年来六元环聚酰亚胺气体分离膜的研究进展,并展望了其未来的发展前景。Six-membered ring polyimides are usually synthesized by condensation polymerization of naphthalene-based dianhydride monomers and aromatic diamine monomers.Sulfonated six-membered ring polyimides have been widely studied for their applications in proton exchange membranes for fuel cells.Five-membered polyimides have attracted much attention in the field of gas separation membranes due to their excellent performance.In recent years,with the increasing demand for gas separation membranes,the researches on six-membered ring polyimide gas separation membranes have been further deepened.Compared with five-membered ring polyimides,six-membered ring polyimides have better hydrolytic stability,solvent resistance and thermal stability.This paper provided a comprehensive overview of the recent advancements in the research of six-membered ring polyimide gas separation membranes,and also offered prospects for their future development.
