摘 要:绿光作为三基色之一,具有不可忽视的作用。通过Suzuki偶联反应合成了芘基多孔有机聚合物(Py-POP),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、荧光分光光度计、N 2吸附-脱附实验、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对其化学结构、晶体结构和微观形貌进行了表征。通过Hyperchem软件对Py-POP空间结构进行了模拟,模拟结果表明二乙烯基硅氧烷-双苯并环丁烯(DVSBCB)单体能够进入Py-POP孔道,先通过热开环反应得到预聚物Py-POP/pre-p-DVSBCB(pre-p-DVSBCB为二乙烯基硅氧烷-双苯并环丁烯预聚物),再进一步反应得到芘基交联固化物Py-POP/p-DVSBCB(p-DVSBCB为pre-p-DVSBCB的交联固化物),Py-POP/p-DVSBCB能够作为封装层和荧光层。由于pre-p-DVSBCB和p-DVSBCB具有紫外吸收-蓝光发射的特性,因此二者作为主体材料(Host)能够通过能量转移过程将蓝光转移到Py-POP客体材料(Ghost)。发光二极管(LED)光源性能测试结果表明,Host-Ghost能量传递体系能够减少蓝光,同时能够得到具有良好青绿色发光行为的LED光源。Green light,as one of the three primary colors,plays an undeniable role.Pyrene-based porous organic polymers(Py-POP)were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction.Their chemical structure,crystal structure and microscopic morphology were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,fluorescence spectrophotometer,N 2 adsorption-desorption experiment,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The spatial structure of Py-POP was simulated using Hyperchem software,and the simulation results indicated that the divinylsiloxane dibenzocyclobutene(DVSBCB)monomer could enter the Py-POP pore channels,and the prepolymers Py-POP/pre-p-DVSBCB(pre-p-DVSBCB being a divinylsiloxane bisbenzocyclobutene prepolymer)were obtained through thermal ring-opening reaction,followed by further reaction to obtain pyrene-based crosslinked cured product Py-POP/p-DVSBCB(p-DVSBCB being the cross-linked cured product of pre-p-DVSBCB).The Py-POP/p-DVSBCB could serve as the packaging layer and fluorescent layer.Due to the UV absorption-blue light emission characteristics of pre-p-DVSBBCB and p-DVSBCB,they could serve as host materials and transfer blue light to Py-POP guest materials through energy transfer processes.The performance test of LED light sources indicated that the host-guest energy transfer system could effectively reduce blue light and obtain LED light sources with good turquoise emission behavior.
