基于纳米TiO 2对十四烷-正辛酸二元相变微胶囊的改性制备及性能表征

摘  要:通过溶剂挥发法制备以十四烷-正辛酸二元相变材料为芯材,纳米TiO 2改性壁材聚砜的相变微胶囊。探究不同添加量的纳米TiO 2对微胶囊性能的影响,使用FT-IR、DSC、电子显微镜对相变微胶囊的化学结构、表面形态、相变特性及包裹率进行检测。分析发现,当纳米TiO 2添加量为3%时,相变微胶囊的表面形态最佳,粒径最为平均,其熔化焓和结晶焓分别为88.91J/g和80.4J/g,且包覆率可达44.42%。Phase change microcapsules were prepared by solvent evaporation method using a binary phase change material of tetradecane-octanoic acid as the core material and polysulfone modified with nano titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))as the wall material.The influence of different amounts of nano TiO_(2)on the performance of the microcapsules was investigated.The chemical structure,surface morphology,phase change characteristics,and encapsulation rate of the phase change microcapsules were analyzed using FT-IR,DSC,and electron microscopy.The analysis found that when the addition of nano TiO_(2)was 3%,the surface morphology of the phase change microcapsules was optimal,with the most uniform particle size.The melting enthalpy and crystallization enthalpy were 88.91J/g and 80.4J/g,respectively.Moreover,the encapsulation rate could reach 44.42%.
