摘  要:面对数量快速增长的废旧轮胎,热解是实现其资源化最为理想的处理方式之一。热解过程所产生的气、液、固三相产物均具有较高的回收再利用价值。聚焦废旧轮胎热解固相产物——热解炭黑,综述了近年来国内外废轮胎主要热解技术及其对热解炭黑品质的影响,分析了热解工艺参数对热解炭黑产率与性能的相关性,讨论了提升热解炭黑品质的改性方法,以及热解炭黑的应用现状与前景。In the face of the rapid growth of scrap tires,pyrolysis is one of the most ideal treatment ways to realize their resource utilization.The gas,liquid and solid phase products generated during pyrolysis process have high recycling and reuse value.This article focused on pyrolysis carbon,the solid phase product of waste tire pyrolysis,and reviewed the main pyrolysis technologies and their effects on the quality of pyrolysis carbon black.The correlation between the parameters of the pyrolysis process and the productivity and performance of pyrolysis carbon black was analyzed,and the modification method to improve the quality of pyrolysis carbon black as well as the application status and prospects of pyrolysis carbon black were discussed.
