摘  要:为了减少海洋污染的压力,有效回收海洋塑料垃圾,采用磷酸作为反应催化剂,对废旧尼龙6渔网水解反应工艺进行研究。使用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TG)和紫外光(UV-Vis)对产物进行定性和定量分析。使用Design-Expert设计实验,研究温度、时间和催化剂浓度对己内酰胺(CPL)转化率的影响。结果表明:反应后得到的固相产物为未反应完的废旧尼龙6渔网,液相产物主要为己内酰胺,当催化剂浓度为1.8mol/L、时间为300min、温度为223℃时,己内酰胺的转化率最高,为94.11%。采用磷酸作为催化剂可以有效水解废旧尼龙6渔网。In order to effectively reduce marine pollution and recycle marine plastic waste,the hydrolysis reaction process of waste nylon 6 fishing nets was investigated by using the phosphoric acid as the catalyst.The obtained products were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by FT-IR,TG and UV-Vis.Experiments were designed using Design-Expert and applied to investigate the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst concentration on the conversion rate of caprolactam(CPL).The results showed that the solid-phase product obtained after the reaction was undepolymerized nylon 6 fishing nets,and liquid-phase product was mainly CPL.When the catalyst concentration was 1.8mol/L,the time was 300min,and the temperature was 223℃,the CPL exhibited the highest conversion rate of 94.11%.The study concluded that using phosphoric acid as the catalyst could effectively hydrolyze waste nylon 6 fishing nets.
