摘 要:为了降低太阳光辐射给建筑物带来的能源损耗,提高涂料的隔热效果,主要研究了钛白粉、氧化铝、滑石粉、SiO_(2)气凝胶的含量对硅溶胶-苯丙乳液复合涂料性能的影响。通过对比实验制备了涂料样品,并测试了涂料的性能,确定各填料的最佳含量。结果表明:钛白粉和氧化铝的最佳含量分别为12%和2%,此时涂料具有较好的反射率。滑石粉含量在8%时涂料具有较高的硬度。SiO_(2)气凝胶含量在4%时涂料的隔热效果最好,隔热温差为8℃。通过微观形貌表征发现,SiO_(2)气凝胶含量超过4%之后涂料开始出现裂纹。选择各填料的最佳用量,制备了硅溶胶-苯丙乳液复合型隔热涂料,根据建筑涂料体系产品技术要求的标准测试了涂料的耐水性、耐碱性等性能,测试结果均合格。To enhance the heat insulation property of coatings and reduce energy consumption in buildings caused by solar radiation,this study primarily investigated the impact of titanium dioxide,aluminum oxide,talc powder,and SiO_(2)aerogel content on the performance of silica sol styrene-acrylic latex composite coatings.Through comparative experiments,coating samples were prepared and tested to determine the optimal content of each filler.The results indicated that the optimal contents of titanium dioxide and aluminum oxide were 12%and 2%,respectively,resulting in good reflectivity.At a talc powder content of 8%,the coating exhibited high hardness.The best insulation effect was achieved at 4%SiO_(2)aerogel content,with a temperature difference in heat insulation of 8℃.The microscopic analysis revealed that the coating started to crack when the SiO_(2)aerogel content exceeded 4%.By selecting the optimal amounts of each filler,a silica sol styrene-acrylic emulsion composite thermal insulation coating was developed.The coating's water resistance,alkali resistance,and other properties were tested according to the standards of technical requirements for building coating system products,and all test results met the standards.
