摘 要:由于具有丰富的孔隙率,活性炭(AC)的密度较低,导致其用于超级电容器储能难以获得高体积性能(能量密度<10.0Wh/L)。报道了一种单宁酸填充/碳化大孔和介孔的策略来提高其密度。结果表明:后填充的AC结晶度变化不大,密度大幅提高(0.55g/cm^(3)增至1.32g/cm^(3)),用作超级电容器电极实现了优异的体积容量性能,包括高容量(249F/cm^(3)),高倍率性能(65.8%)和高能量密度(17.2Wh/L,在1188W/L下)。填充后的AC性能优于原始活性炭(10.1Wh/L,在495W/L下)和一些最近报道的炭基超级电容器。Due to the low density resulted from its rich porosity,activated carbon(AC)is difficult to achieve high-volumetric performance(energy density<10.0Wh/L)for supercapacitor energy storage.This article reported a strategy of filling/carbonizing macropores and mesopores with tannic acid to improve the density.The results showed that the crystallinity of the post-filled AC did not change much,and the density significantly increased(1.32g/cm^(3)vs 0.55g/cm^(3)).As an electrode for supercapacitor,the post-filled AC achieved excellent volumetric capacity performance,including high capacity(249F/cm^(3)),high rate performance(65.8%),and high energy density(17.2Wh/L@1188W/L).The performance for supercapacitor of the filled AC was superior to that of the original activated carbon(10.1Wh/L at 495W/L)and some recently reported carbon-based supercapacitors.
