摘　　要：对2010年自编的《农村基层干部社会态度问卷》进行修订,经过737名村干部被试数据分析,结果表明问卷修订后区分度、信度和效度都优于之前的问卷,并且因素分析修订前后结果高度一致,结果表明修订后的问卷具有良好的项目区分度、信度和效度,问卷可以作为当前研究农村基层干部社会态度的有效测量工具。Revising the version of the"Rural Grassroots Cadres Social Attitude Questionnaire".Through the further analysis of the questionnaires to 737 village cadres,it shows that the revised questionnaire has better discriminant validity,reliability,and validity than the previous one.Besides,the factor analysis results are highly consistent between the previous and subsequent versions,indicating that the revised questionnaire has good item discriminant validity,reliability,and validity.The revised questionnaire can be used as an effective measurement tool for the current research on the social attitudes of rural grassroots cadres.
