摘　　要：民族团结进步理论,需通过国家实践、社会实践,从而不断丰富、发展和完善。普洱市孟连县的“宾弄赛嗨”模式是传统民族民间团结互助形态运行至今的活态例证和典型代表;是中华民族一家亲的民间表达,展现了云南各民族之间“共生”的生存智慧和云南民族关系的优秀传统;是新时代中国民族理论先进性与创新力的表现,是破解优秀传统文化“传统与断裂”难题的有效途径,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要现实意义。The theory of national unity and progress needs to be continuously enriched,developed,and improved through national and social practice.The"Binnongsaihai"model of Pu'er Menglian is a living example and typical representative of the traditional form of ethnic and folk unity and mutual assistance that has been in operation to this day.It is a folk expression of the Chinese nation's family,showcasing the survival wisdom of"coexistence"among various ethnic groups in Yunnan and the excellent tradition of ethnic relations in Yunnan.It is a manifestation of the progressiveness and innovation of Chinese national theory in the new era,an effective way to solve the problem of"tradition and rupture"of excellent traditional culture,and has important practical significance for building the awareness of the Chinese national community.
