摘　　要：通过对管二号皮带跑偏原固分析,提出相对应措施和管理手段解决皮带跑偏问题。同时采购电动葫芦等工具,代替传统的吊装方式,确保管二号皮带运行正常,以满足高炉对返矿正常的输出。Based on the analysis of the causes of No.2 tubular belt deviation,the cor-responding measures and management means are put forward to solve the problem of belt deviation.At the same time,electric hoist and other tools are purchased to replace the traditional hoisting method to ensure the normal operation of No.2 tubular belt,so as to meet the normal output of blast furnace to return ores.
