摘  要:汽轮机通流部分结垢一直是困扰汽轮机安全运行重要因素之一,而如何彻底解除汽轮机通流部分的结垢,也是汽机专业的人一直努力探索的领域,将进入汽轮机的新蒸汽所含盐分降至最低,最终达到对汽轮机通流部分无害。本文对汽轮机通流部分结垢的原因、危害、判断、预防以及清洗进行阐述,并针对性提出解决方法及思路.The scaling in the flow passage of steam turbine is one of the important factors that affect the safe operation of steam turbine.How to completely remove the scaling of the flow passage of the steam turbine is also a field that people engaged in steam turbine specialty have been trying to ex-plore,to minimize the salt content of the new steam entering the steam turbine,and ultimately to achieve harmless to the flow passage of the steam turbine.In this paper,the causes,hazards,judg-ment,prevention and cleaning of scaling in the flow passage of steam turbine are described,and the solutions and ideas are put forward.
