摘 要:本文探讨了轨道衡远程点检系统的研发与实际运用,实现了对轨道衡设备的实时监控和远程诊断,有效降低人工点检误差和成本。通过构建智能检测模型,能够及时发现并预警潜在故障,确保生产过程的安全稳定。此外,该系统还具备数据采集、分析功能,为设备维护决策提供了科学依据。实施后,显著提升了设备运行效率,减少了停机时间,对提升企业整体运营效益具有积极意义。This paper discusses in detail the development and practical application of the remote spot inspection system for rail weighbridge,which realizes the real-time monitoring and remote diagnosis of rail weighbridge equipment,and effectively reduces the error and cost of manual spot inspection.Through the construction of intelligent detection model,potential faults can be found and warned in time to ensure the safety and stability of the production process.In addition,the system also has the functions of data acquisition and analysis,which provides a scientific basis for equipment maintenance decision-making.After implementation,the efficiency of equipment operation has been significantly improved and the downtime has been reduced,which is of positive significance to improve the overall operational efficiency of enterprises.
