摘　　要：耐候钢由于其本身具有"以锈防锈"的特点,其中的Cu、P、Cr、Ni等元素可以促使耐候钢表面的锈层均匀、致密,起到隔离腐蚀介质的作用。因此在Cl离子沉积率较低的内陆环境,耐候钢可以实现免涂装应用,达到终身免维护的目的,在大气中可以使用25年左右,大大降低钢结构的后期维护成本。因此,耐候紧固件结构用钢现已逐渐应用于光伏支架螺栓、螺母、拉条等结构件的制作。Weathering steel has the characteristic of"rust prevention",in which Cu,P,Cr,Ni and other elements can make the rust layer on the surface of weathering steel uniform and compact,and play a role in isolating corrosion media.Therefore,in the inland environment where the deposition rate of Cl ions is low,the weathering steel can be applied without coating to achieve the purpose of lifelong maintenance-free,and can be used in the atmosphere for about 25 years,thus greatly reduc-ing the later maintenance cost of the steel structure.Therefore,the structural steel for weather-resistant fasteners has been gradually applied to the production of photovoltaic bracket bolts,nuts,braces and other structural parts.
