摘　　要：本文总结以往经验优化钢绳更换项目从方案分析、讨论,细化、量化方案步骤,提高钢丝绳更滑效率,并对记录的钢绳更换步骤进行分析总结,为今后更换提升机钢绳奠定基础。The Industrial Department of Coking of Shougang Shuigang replaced the steel wire rope of the hoist by coke dry quenching,summarized the past experience,optimized the steel wire rope re-placement project,analyzed and discussed the scheme,refined and quantified the steps of the scheme,and improved the sliding efficiency of the wire rope.It also analyzes and summarizes the replacement steps of the recorded wire rope,which lays a foundation for the replacement of the hoist wire rope in the future.
