摘 要:首钢水钢能源事业部4^(#)汽动鼓风机和5^(#)电动鼓风机分别向3^(#)、4^(#)高炉供应高炉鼓风,而两座高炉一直采用自然鼓风,进入高炉里的空气温湿度波动大,尤其是夏季早晚温差大,温湿度波动频繁,对高炉生产有很大的影响,造成高炉炉况运行不稳定。两台鼓风机在夏季5-10月份时为了满足两座高炉用风需求,必须提高鼓风机静叶,随着高炉强化冶炼需求,鼓风机已没有富余能力,且长期高静叶运行,鼓风机不但运营成本增加,且机组各运行参数已至极限,正常运行中停机风险增大,目前两台鼓风机已无扩容改造空间,要保证鼓风机运行安全的情况下满足高炉用风需求,只能补齐喷煤、富氧、脱湿这三大冶炼节能技术中脱湿这一短板,而只有在鼓风机吸风室上进行除湿节能技术改造,对鼓凤机吸入凤进行脱湿处理,从而降低鼓风机吸入风温度和湿度,确保夏季高炉用风稳定同时降低汽动鼓风机蒸汽使用量和电动鼓风机电耗,通过脱湿改造后,两台鼓风机完全满足两座高炉强化冶炼需求。Shougang Shuigang Energy Division 4^(#)steam blower and 5^(#)electric blower supply blast fur-nace blast to 3^(#)and 4^(#)blast furnaces respectively,while the two blast furnaces have been using natu-ral blast,the air temperature and humidity into the blast furnace fluctuate greatly,especially in sum-mer,the temperature difference between morning and evening is large,and the temperature and hu-midity fluctuate frequently,which has a great impact on blast furnace production,resulting in unstable operation of blast furnace.Secondly,in order to meet the air demand of two blast furnaces from May to October in summer,the static blades of the two blowers must be increased.With the demand of strengthening smelting of blast furnaces,the blowers have no surplus capacity,and long-term high static blade operation not only increases the operation cost of the blowers,but also increases the risk of shutdown in normal operation.At present,there is no space for expansion and transformation of two blowers,in order to ensure the safe operation of blowers to meet the air demand of blast furnaces,we can only make up for the short board of dehumidification in the three major smelting energy-saving technologies of coal injection,oxygen enrichment and dehumidification,and only carry out dehumidi-fication and energy-saving technology transformation on the blower suction chamber to dehumidify the blower suction air,so as to reduce the temperature and humidity of the blower suction air.Ensure the stability of blast furnace wind in summer and reduce the steam consumption of steam-driven blower and the power consumption of electric blower.After the dehumidification transformation,the two blow-ers fully meet the intensified smelting requirements of the two blast furnaces.
