摘 要:随着基础建设行业的稳步发展,工程总承包政策频出,力度空前。设计牵头的EPC总承包模式作为当下最热门的承包模式之一,具有技术引领、权责明确、管理高效、成本可控、节约工期等一系列优势,越来越多的设计院正逐步开展该领域的业务。文章结合某县城供水管网建设总承包项目,阐述了设计院的EPC管理体制,总结了项目全过程管理的实施情况及应对策略,有利于提高设计院的EPC项目管理能力和核心引领作用,进一步促进设计院在该工程领域的升级转型。With the steady development of the infrastructure construction industry,there has been a surge in policies promoting general contracting,resulting in unprecedented momentum.The design-led EPC(Engineering,Procurement,and Construction)general contracting model,one of the most popular contracting methods today,offers numerous advantages,such as technical leadership,clear responsibilities,efficient management,cost control,and time savings.As a result,an increasing number of design institutes are venturing into this field.This paper,through the lens of a county water supply network construction project,elucidates the EPC management system of design institutes.It summarizes the implementation and response strategies of whole-process management,which are instrumental in enhancing the EPC project management capabilities and core leadership roles of design institutes,thereby facilitating their upgrade and transformation in this engineering domain.
