摘 要:测定生活用水中痕量Al(Ⅲ),对提高人们的生活质量和身体健康具有重要意义。在pH 6.80的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,Al(Ⅲ)与铬天青S(CAS)形成二元配合物,通过光谱修正技术表征分析和CAS表面静电势理论计算Al(Ⅲ)与CAS形成配合物的分子结构为[Al(CAS)_(2)(OH)_(2)]^(4-),以配合物光谱中峰谷波长566 nm和422 nm为工作波长,测定显色溶液及空白溶液的吸光度,并计算Al(Ⅲ)-CAS配合物的光吸收比差值(ΔA_(r)),建立了光吸收比差法测定痕量铝的方法。当Al(Ⅲ)质量浓度为0~0.20μg/mL时,Al(Ⅲ)质量浓度与ΔA_(r)值之间具有良好的线性关系;方法的检出限为0.59μg/L。采用实验方法对广东第二师范学院花都校区自来水和天马河水中痕量Al(Ⅲ)进行测定,其结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的测定结果基本一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)在0.90%~2.7%之间。The determination of trace amounts of Al(Ⅲ)in domestic water is of great significance for im-proving the people's quality of life and physical health.In the Hac-NaAc buffer medium at pH 6.80,chromazurine S(CAS)could form a binary complex with Al(Ⅲ).Based on the spectral correction charac-terization analysis and surface electrostatic potential theory of CAS,the molecular structure of the complex formed by AI(Ⅲ)and CAS was[Al(CAS)_(2)(OH)_(2)]4-.The absorbance of coloring solution and blank so-lution was measured using the peak-valley wavelengths of complex as the working wavelength,i.e.,566 nm and 422 nm.The absorbance difference(△A_(r))of the Al-CAS(Ⅲ)complex was calculated.The deter-mination method for the trace aluminum by light-absorption ratio variation was established.When the mass concentration of Al(Ⅲ)was in range of 0-0.20μg/mL,there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of Al(Ⅲ)and the value of △A_(r).The limit of detection of method was O.59μg/L.The experimental method was used to determine the trace amounts of Al(Ⅲ)in tap water and Tianma River water at the Huadu Campus of Guangdong Second Normal University.The found results were con-sistent with those obtained by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=7)were between 0.90%and 2.7%.
