摘 要:铈锆复合氧化物常作为稀土助催化剂使用,其中含有的La、Pr、Y等稀土元素,可以改善铈锆复合氧化物的催化性能和综合性能。试样经硝酸、过氧化氢、氢氟酸分解,冒硫酸烟,在盐酸介质中,选择La、Pr、Y的分析谱线分别为La 333.749 nm、Pr 410.072 nm、Y 377.433 nm,使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铈锆复合氧化物中La_(2)O_(3)、Pr_(6)O_(11)和Y_(2)O_(3)。实验结果表明,在选定的特征谱线下,Ce、Zr对La、Pr、Y无光谱干扰;当溶液中Ce和Zr的质量浓度不大于100μg/mL时,基体效应可以忽略;溶液中Fe、Ca、Zn、Al、Na等共存元素对测定无影响。La、Pr、Y的质量浓度在1.00~20.00μg/mL范围内与其对应的发射强度呈线性关系,线性相关系数均不小于0.999 9。方法用于铈锆复合氧化物中La_(2)O_(3)、Pr_(6)O_(11)和Y_(2)O_(3)的测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)小于2%;采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)和本方法进行方法比对,测定结果相一致。Cerium-zirconium composite oxides are often used as rare earth co-catalysts.Lanthanum(La),praseodymium(Pr),yttrium(Y)and other rare earth elements contained in cerium-zirconium composite oxides can improve the catalytic performance and comprehensive performance.In experiments,the samples were decomposed with nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and hydrofluoric acid followed by sulfuric acid smoke.La 333.749 nm,Pr 410.072 nm and Y 377.433 nm were selected as the analytical lines.The con-tents of La_(2)O_(3),Pr_(6)O_(11) and Y_(2)O_(3)in cerium-zirconium composite oxides were determined by inductively cou-pled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)in hydrochloric acid medium.The experimental re-sults showed that Ce and Zr had no spectral interference with La,Pr and Y under the selected characteris-tic spectra.When the mass concentration of Ce and Zr in solution was less than 1ooμg/mL,the matrix effect could be ignored.The coexisting elements in solution such as Fe,Ca,Zn,Al and Na had no influ-ence on the determination.The mass concentration of La,Pr and Y in range of 1.00-20.00μg/mL showed linear relationship with the corresponding emission intensity,and the linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9999.The proposed method was applied for the determination of La_(2)O_(3),Pr_(6)O_(11) and Y_(2)O_(3) in cerium-zirconium composite oxide,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=ll)of the results were less than 2%.X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)was used to compare with the proposed meth-od,and the results were consistent.
