张简斋治疗头痛辨治特点探析

摘　　要：头痛是临床中常见的疾病,涉及到现代多种急慢性疾病,但西医治疗通常效果欠佳。张简斋是民国时期最具影响力的金陵医家,也是金陵医派的奠基人。张简斋认为外感头痛总属下虚受风证,注重六经辨证;辨证内伤头痛,多从肝肾脾三脏出发,重视痰湿在头痛发病过程中的致病作用。用药轻灵,简便处方;善用药对,相须相使,增强疗效;用药顾及脾胃,和中固本,扶正祛邪,未病先防;使用道地药材,保证药物质量,确保治疗效果。Headache is a common clinical disease,involving a variety of acute and chronic diseases in modern times,but Western medicine treatment is usually ineffective.ZHANG Jianzhai was the most influential Jinling physician during the Republic of China,who was the founder of the Jinling medical school.ZHANG Jianzhai believes that external headaches are always caused that lower scorch is weak,and the upper is suffer from wind,he always pay attention to the six meridian dialectics;to distinguish internal injury headache,we mostly start from the liver,kidney,and spleen,and pay attention to the pathogenic role of phlegm and wetness in the process of headache pathogenesis.The medicine he used is light and flexible,and prescription are simple;unauthorized use of drugs,mutual need to make each other,enhance the efficacy;the medication takes into account the spleen and stomach,supports the righteousness and dispels evil,and prevents diseases before they occur;use authentic medicinal materials to ensure the quality of drugs and ensure the therapeutic effect.
