摘 要:城市变电站变压器、电抗器以及风机等设备产生的噪声对居民正常生活和工作产生不良影响。面向城市变电站设备低频噪声的控制需求,提出了采用惯性放大声学超材料板隔离变电站设备低频噪声向周边区域传递的防护方案,并为此首先建立了惯性放大声学超材料的能带及振-声学特性计算模型,在此基础上分析了带隙的结构参数调控规律,最后通过隔声实验对计算模型和参数调控规律进行了验证。结果表明:当在板上附加惯性放大机构后,结构在132~450 Hz及600~1409 Hz两个频段内出现了带隙,能够抑制弹性波的传播。跨距增大与惯性放大角增大都会带来隔声性能的提高。研究结果为惯性放大声学超材料板用于变电站低频噪声的隔离提供了设计依据。The noise generated by transformer,reactor and fan in urban electric substations has adverse effects on the routine life and work of surrounding residents.Aiming at the low-frequency noise reduction from urban electric substations,a plate adopting inertial amplification acoustic metamaterial(IAAMM)is proposed for being used to insulate the low-frequency noise from electric substations.To achieve the target,an analytical model is established for band-structure and vibro-acoustic characteristics of IAAMMs is established.On the basis of this model,parametric studies are performed to obtain the parameter regulation law(PRL)of the bandgaps of IAAMM plate.Finally experiments are conducted to verify the analytical model and also the obtained PRL.The results show that when the inertial amplification mechanism is added to the plate,the structure has a bandgap in the frequency bands of 132–450 Hz and 600–1409 Hz where the propagation of elastic wave can be significantly attenuated.Furthermore,the increase of span and inertia amplification angle of the IA mechanisms improve the sound insulation performance.These results are meaningful in providing the design guidance for IAAMM plates applied to low-frequency noise insulation from electric substations.
