摘  要:为减小超声手术刀的体积并提高换能器效率,研究了一种纵弯耦合的小型超声手术刀换能器。该换能器将刀杆与前盖设计为一整体以减小体积,在换能器上设不对称凹槽来实现纵弯耦合振动,从而提高效率。建立了小型超声手术刀换能器的等效电路,根据等效电路设计了换能器结构尺寸;使用有限元仿真验证了换能器的纵弯耦合振型,分析了凹槽尺寸对弯振幅度和频率的影响,优化了凹槽的尺寸。根据最终的设计方案制作了换能器实物并进行了测试,该换能器谐振频率为51.5 kHz,尖端振幅72.5m,达到手术使用要求。A miniature longitudinal-flexural coupling ultrasonic scalpel transducer is studied,in order to reduce size and improve efficiency of the ultrasonic scalpel.The blade shaft and the head mass are designed as whole in order to reduce the size.The asymmetric grooves are designed to achieve the longitudinal-flexural coupling vibration and to improve the efficiency.The equivalent circuit of the miniature longitudinal-flexural coupling ultrasonic scalpel transducer is established,and the dimensions of the transducer are designed based on the equivalent circuit.The longitudinal-flexural coupling vibration mode shape of the transducer is validated by finite element method.After discussing the effects of groove dimensions on the flexural vibration excursion and the frequency,the groove dimensions are optimized.According to the final design,a transducer prototype is fabricated and tested.The resonant frequency of the transducer is 51.5 kHz,and the tip vibration excursion is 72.5m,which satisfy the surgery requirements.
