摘 要:为探究气体箔片动压推力轴承的轴承结构对轴承承载特性和热特性的影响,建立推力轴承二维仿真模型,通过耦合求解非等温可压缩气体的雷诺方程和能量方程,获得轴承气膜压力场和温度场,并建立推力轴承三维仿真模型进行验证。利用轴承二维模型研究轴承结构(包括箔片节距比、箔片数量和箔片楔形高度)对轴承承载特性和热特性的影响规律。计算结果表明:气体箔片动压推力轴承的最佳节距比为0.35~0.5,最佳箔片数量为6,当最小气膜厚度为0.01mm时,最佳的箔片楔形高度为0.04~0.06mm;轴承热耗散随节距比、楔形高度的增加而减小,随箔片数量的增加而增大,为降低轴承温度,可适当提高轴承节距比和楔形高度。In order to explore the influence of the bearing structure of the gas foil thrust bearing on the bearing characteristics and thermal characteristics,a two-dimensional simulation model of the thrust bearing was established.By coupling solving the energy equation and Reynolds equation of non-isothermal compressible gas,the gas film pressure field and temperature field of the bearing were obtained,and a three-dimensional simulation model of the thrust bearing was established for verification.The influence of bearing structure(including foil taper ratio,foil number and foil taper height)on bearing and thermal characteristics was studied by using bearing two-dimensional model.The calculation results show that the optimum taper ratio is 0.35~0.5,the optimum number of foils is 6,and the optimum taper height is 0.04mm~0.06mm when the minimum film thickness is 0.01mm.Bearing heat dissipation decreases with the increase of taper ratio and taper height,and increases with the increase of foil number.In order to reduce bearing temperature,bearing taper ratio and taper height can be appropriately increased.
