摘 要:本文通过构建一套适合吉林省省情的区域科技创新评价指标体系,对吉林省9市(州)科技创新发展现状进行了评价。结果显示:省会城市长春市科技创新能力排名第一,并且评价值远高于其他市(州);吉林市的科技创新投入和产出能力较强;辽源市的科技创新环境相对优越;通化市的企业科技创新能力较强;延边州的科技创新绩效和企业创新具有优势。因此,对区域科技创新评价能够及时、客观、准确地反映各地区创新能力发展现状。By constructing a regional sci-tech innovation evaluation index system that is suitable for the situation of Jilin Province,this paper evaluates the current development status of sci-tech innovation in 9 cities(prefecture)in Jilin Province.The results show that Changchun,the provincial capital city,ranks first in terms of sci-tech innovation capability,and its evaluation value is much higher than other cities(prefecture);Jilin City has strong investment and output capabilities in sci-tech innovation,the sci-tech innovation environment in Liaoyuan City is relatively superior;enterprises in Tonghua City have strong sci-tech innovation capabilities;Yanbian Prefecture has advantages in terms of sci-tech innovation performance and enterprise innovation.Therefore,regional science and technology innovation evaluation can timely,objectively and accurately reflect the development status of regional innovation ability.
