摘 要:为了解决分选精度低、矸石带煤率高、设备故障率高等问题,谢桥选煤厂结合生产实际,采用TDS智能干选机设备替换动筛跳汰系统。结果表明应用TDS智能干选机后,原煤破碎粒度上限提高,入洗大块与中块煤产率提高。采用TDS智能干选机明显改善了煤中含矸的情况,提升了块精煤品质。In order to solve the problems of low sorting accuracy,high coal carrying rate of gangue,and high equipment failure rate,Xieqiao Coal Preparation Plant adopts TDS intelligent dry sorting machine equipment to replace the dynamic screening and jigging system based on production practice.The results indicate that the application of TDS intelligent dry sorting machine increases the upper limit of raw coal crushing particle size and improves the yield of washed large and medium block coal.The use of TDS intelligent dry sorting machine has significantly improved the situation of gangue in coal and enhanced the quality of block clean coal.
