基于课程思政引入药学专业课程培养创新型复合型人才的探索

摘　　要：课程思政作为一种新的教育理念,在新的时代条件下,培养药学创新型复合型人才是迫切的现实需要,与国家的发展紧密相连。国家所需要的创新型复合型人才一定要具有较高的政治觉悟,“立德树人”是所有课程思政的根本任务,专业课程需要与思政教育同行。笔者以培养具有较高政治觉悟的创新型复合型人才为目标导向,研究高校课程思政建设的方法,从而提高药学人才培养质量,进而探索出一条具有药学专业特色的药学课程思政教学模式。Ideological and political education,as a new educational concept,is urgently needed to cultivate innovative and interdisciplinary pharmaceutical talents in the new era,closely linked to the development of the nation.Innovative and interdisciplinary talents required by the country must possess a high level of political awareness."Moral education"is the fundamental task of all courses of ideological and political education,and professional courses need to go hand in hand with ideological and political education.With the goal of cultivating innovative and interdisciplinary talents with a high level of political awareness,the authors studies the methods of constructing ideological and political education in universities,thereby improving the quality of pharmaceutical talent cultivation,and further exploring an ideological and political education model with distinctive pharmaceutical specialty characteristics.
