摘　　要：人工智能这种以人类智慧为目标的机器学习技术必将深刻影响人类社会的发展。博物馆作为承载人类和自然历史发展过程见证物的机构,保存、处理、研究和应用着大量的信息。文章归纳了这些信息的特点,分析了博物馆传统信息化建设的模式,提出了利用人工智能思想和技术对博物馆信息进行整合和利用的途径。人工智能技术以接近人类思维方式和利用方法实现对博物馆传统信息化系统的革新,消除传统信息化系统在信息利用、应用扩展、系统维护等方面存在的弊端,使信息处理技术成为博物馆最基础的工作内容。Artificial intelligence,a machine learning technology that aims to enhance human intelligence,will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the development of human society.Museums,as institutions that document the historical processes of human and natural development,are tasked with preserving,processing,researching,and applying a vast amount of information.This article summarizes the characteristics of this information,analyzes the traditional models of museum informatization,and proposes methods to integrate and utilize artificial intelligence concepts and technologies in museum information.Artificial intelligence technology seeks to innovate traditional museum information systems by approximating human cognitive processes and methods of utilization,overcoming the shortcomings of traditional information systems in terms of information use,application expansion,and system maintenance,thereby making information processing technology a fundamental aspect of museum work.
