面向科研压力调适的文献疗法研究

摘　　要：科研工作者的科研压力普遍存在,且多数科研工作者压力较重,对其科研产出和身心健康等造成影响,应充分重视这一问题并开展应对。在梳理相关研究的基础上,提出文献疗法的表述并分析其价值,归纳科研工作者的科研压力特征,并进一步提出面向科研压力调适的文献疗法开展模式和开展建议。应充分认识文献疗法用于科研压力调适的价值,科学选编文献材料,分段防治科研压力问题,同时注重科研压力调适的效果评测。The research pressure is commonly seen on researchers,most of whom are under heavy pressures,affecting their research output and physical and mental health.This problem should be fully recognized,emphasized and be dealt with.On the basis of combing related studies,we propose the expression and analyze the value of literature therapy,summarize the characteristics of research stress.Based on that,we propose the mode of literature therapy and suggestions for the adaptation of research stress.The value of literature therapy for research stress management should be fully recognized,scientific selection of bibliographic materials should be carried out,research stress should be prevented and treated in stages,and the evaluation of the effect of research stress management should be emphasized.
