摘 要:论文构建了舰船保障性评估指标体系,引入评分标度改进属性层次模型(AHM),运用熵权法和MEREC(Method Based on the Removal Effects of Criteria)改进CRITIC赋权法,运用CM-TOPSIS综合主客观权重。结合改进集对分析法,建立了舰船保障性评估模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的合理性和有效性。This paper constructs the ship supportability evaluation index system,introduces the score scale improved attribute hierarchy model(AHM),and improves the critical weighting method by using entropy weight method and MEREC(Method based on the Removal Effects of Criteria).By using CM-TOPSIS comprehensive subjective and objective weights,combined with the im⁃proved set pair analysis method,a ship supportability evaluation model is established,and an example is given to verify the rational⁃ity and effectiveness of the model.
